肺炎喘嗽中医特色护理方案应用研究

Study on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing Program on Pneumonia Cough with Asthma

目的观察肺炎喘嗽应用中医特色护理方案的效果。方法以奇偶数字分组法对本院2016年2月—2017年10月接诊的肺炎喘嗽患者140例进行分组:试验组和对照组各70例。试验组采用中医特色护理方案,对照组采用常规护理方案。综合分析2组的护理效果,比较体温恢复正常时间等指标。结果试验组的护理总有效率为98.57%(69/70),明显比对照组的84.29%(59/70)高,P<0.05。试验组的体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间和肺部啰音消失时间均明显比对照组短,P<0.05。结论实施中医特色护理,有助于促进肺炎喘嗽患者咳嗽、发热等症状的快速缓解,提高临床护理效果。

Objective To observe the effect of the nursing program of TCM characteristic on pneumonia.Methods In this study,140 patients with pneumodesmosis were treated in the hospital from February 2016 to October 2017,and 70 patients in each group were tested and controlled.The experimental group adopted the TCM characteristic nursing scheme,and the control group adopted the routine nursing program.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed comprehensively,and the normal time of temperature recovery was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was 98.57%,which was significantly higher than 84.29%in the control group P<0.05.In the experimental group,the normal time of temperature recovery,the disappearance of the cough and the disappearance of the lungs were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of TCM characteristic nursing can help promote the rapid relief of cough,fever and other symptoms of pneumonia and improve the clinical nursing effect.
