田建辉主任医师提高中医临床专业研究生素质之初探

研究生是中医人才培养过程中的重要一环,其目的是培养既有临床实践技能,又有创新性思维的综合性人才。中医临床专业学位研究生以培养高层次临床应用型中医药人才为目标,但在具体的教学实践中如何提高学生的综合素质,尚存在较大的完善空间。田建辉结合自己培养研究生的体会,从研究生培养工作的灵魂、关键、保障和体现等多角度探索了提高学生综合素质的思路和方法,提出了"一个核心,二个重点,三个关键,四个体现"的培养体系,取得显著培养成效。以兹抛砖引玉,供同道参考。

Graduate study is an important part of the training process of traditional Chinese medicine talents.The aim of TCM clinical graduate program is to train high-level TCM talents with comprehensive quality in both clinical skills and innovative thinking.However,there is still much room on how to improve the comprehensive quality of students through specific teaching practice.With the reflection of graduate students training and his own experience,Chief physician Tian Jianhui explored the idea and methods to improve students'comprehensive quality from the aspects of soul,key,guarantee,and manifestation of graduate students training.He proposed the training system of"one core,two priorities,three keys,four manifestations",which has produced significant training effect.
