浅谈针灸医案学教学目的

Discussion on Teaching Objective of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medical Cases

针灸医案学是针灸推拿专业高年级学生的选修课,该课程基于历代医家记录的针灸医案文献,内容复杂繁多,较难理解。笔者通过对近年来教学实践的思考,总结归纳该课程的教学目的,旨在培养学生在临床实践中运用中医思维指导针灸诊疗的能力,最终提高本专业学生针灸诊疗水平。

The acupuncture and moxibustion medical cases is an elective course for senior students of acupuncture and massage.This course is based on the literature recorded by acupuncture practitioners of the past dynasties.The content is complex and difficult to understand.Through the thinking of teaching practice in recent years,the author summarized the teaching purpose of the course,and aimed to cultivate the students'ability to use acupuncture and moxibustion under the guide of TCM thinking in clinical practice,and finally to improve the their level of acupuncture treatment.
