分专业开展讲座式教学在西医院校中医学教学中的应用

The Application of Lecture-type Teaching Aiming at Profession in the Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Colleges and Universities of Western Medicine

目的探讨分专业开展的讲座式教学在西医院校中医学教学中的效果。方法选择195名2013级南华大学临床医学、眼耳鼻喉学及麻醉学学生为研究对象,第1轮问卷调查,确定各专业讲座题材;第2轮问卷调查教学效果。结果第1轮问卷调查回收率和有效率为96.33%(105/109),与专业相关的讲座题材评分最高,提示学生对中医与所学专业相结合的内容感兴趣;第2轮调查问卷总回收率和有效率为95.43%(209/218),所有指标的平均分均>4.70分,指标的变异系数均<0.25,提示学生对中医讲座式教学兴趣高,教学效果满意。结论根据专业特点进行的讲座式教学有助于激发西医院校学生对中医学的兴趣,提高教学质量,改善教学效果。

Objective To explore the effects of lecture-type teaching in the education of traditional Chinese medicine in colleges and universities of Western medicine.Methods A total of 195 students from clinical medicine,ophthalmology,otorhinolaryngology and anesthesiology of Nanhua University were selected as the study subjects.The first round of questionnaire survey was conducted to determine the subject matter of lecture for each profession.The second round of questionnaires questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the effects.Results The recovery and effective rate of the first round of questionnaire survey was 96.41%.The topics related to majors ranked highest,prompting students to be interested in the content of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and their majors.The recovery and effective rate of the second round was 95.13%.The average score of all indicators was more than 4.70,and the coefficient of variation of all indicators was less than 0.25,which suggests that students had a high interest in the lecture-type teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,and the teaching results were satisfactory.Conclusion Lecture-type teaching based on professional characteristics helps stimulate the interest of students in colleges and universities of Western medicine,promotes teaching quality,and improves teaching effectiveness.
