摘要
目的探讨微课联合PBL在医学高职高专生物化学教学中的应用。方法以漯医2016级临床医学专业1、2班为研究对象。试验组采用微课联合PBL教学,对照组采用PBL教学。课程结束后对2组学生进行测试,并比较测试结果,同时,对试验组采用问卷方式调查学生对教学模式的评价。结果试验组考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.35,P<0.01),试验组学生对微课联合PBL教学的各项指标满意度均在90%以上。结论微课联合PBL教学有助于提高生物化学教学质量和效果,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective To explore the application of micro class combined with PBL in biochemistry teaching in medical college.Methods Taking the students from Class 1 and Class 2 in Grade 2016 of clinical medicine science as the research objects,the experiment group adopted micro-class combined with PBL teaching,and the control group adopted PBL class teaching mode.At the end of the course,two groups of students were tested,and the results were compared.At the same time,the questionnaire was used to investigate the students'evaluation of the teaching model in the experimental group.A comparison of the final grades of the two groups was carried out.Results The scores in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.35,P<0.01).Questionnaire survey showed that more than 90%students were interested in the micro class combined with PBL teaching method.Conclusion The combination of micro class and PBL is helpful to improve the quality and effect of biochemistry teaching and is worthy of further research and popularization.
