当归四逆汤联合硝苯地平片治疗雷诺病的Meta分析

The Meta-analysis on Danggui Sini Decoction Combined with Nifedipine Tablets in the Treatment of Raynaud Disease

目的系统评价当归四逆汤加减联合硝苯地平治疗雷诺病的有效性。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、维普全文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino Med)、Pub Med和Web of Science中运用当归四逆汤加减联合硝苯地平治疗雷诺病的临床随机对照试验,检索时间限定为各数据库建立至2018年2月。结果共纳入7项研究,共538例受试者。Meta分析结果显示:当归四逆汤加减联合硝苯地平的总有效率[RR=1.39,95%CL(1.26,1.53),P<0.00001];痊愈率[RR=2.14,95%CL(1.52,3.03),P<0.0001],差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用西药对比,当归四逆汤加减联合硝苯地平治疗雷诺病的疗效更为显著。但本研究样本数据少,文献质量较低,可能存在发表偏倚,仍然需要严谨的大样本对照试验来确定联合用药的安全性。

Objective To make a systematic review of the Danggui Sini decoction(DSD)combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of Raynaud disease.Methods RCTs of Danggui Sini decoction with Nifedipine in the treatment of Raynad disease were retrieved in CNKI,VIP,Wanfangdatabase,Sinomed,Pubmed,and Web of science.The retrieval time is limited to the establishment of each database to February 2018.Results Seven studys were included,involving 538 patients.There was statistically significant between control group and DSD group on clinical efficacy rate[RR=1.39,95%CL(1.26~1.53),P<0.00001],the cure rate[RR=2.14,95%CL(1.52~3.03),P<0.0001].Conclusion Comparing with western medicine,Danggui Sini decoction combined with nifedipine had a better significant effect on the treatment of Raynaud disease.However,due to the low quality of literatures and insufficient sample data,more randomized controlled trials with high quality and large sample are still required to validate the safety of the combination.
