木香顺气散治疗肝气郁滞型咽异感症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Muxiang Shunqi Powder in the Treatment of Liver Qi Stagnation Type Pharyngeal Paraesthesia

目的观察木香顺气散加减治疗肝气郁滞型咽异感症的临床疗效。方法将76例肝气郁滞型咽异感症患者按随机数字表法分为对照组38例与治疗组38例,对照组给予谷维素、维生素B1口服,治疗组给予木香顺气散煎剂口服。2组治疗均以7 d为1个疗程,服药4个疗程后,观察2组治疗前后症状(异物感、清嗓、咳嗽、胸闷、咯痰)及综合有效率。结果对照组总有效率为81.58%(31/38),治疗组总有效率为86.84%(33/38),2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗组在减轻患者咽异物感、清嗓频率等方面优于对照组(P<0.05),在患者咳嗽、胸闷、咯痰的症状改善中明显优于对照组(P<0.01);结论木香顺气散加减治疗肝气郁滞型咽异感症临床疗效显著,在减轻局部及全身临床症状方面具有一定的优势,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Muxiang Shunqi powder in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type pharyngeal paraesthesia.Methods 76 cases of liver qi stagnation type pharyngeal paraesthesia patients were divided into control group of 38 cases and treatment group of 38 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was given oryzanol and vitamin B1 orally,and the treatment group was given decoction of Muxiang Shunqi powder.Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment.After taking 4 courses of treatment,the symptoms(foreign body sensation,clear phlegm,cough,chest tightness,and expectoration),and other symptoms before and after treatment and the efficacy of comprehensive efficacy was observed.Results The total effective rate in the control group was 81.58%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.84%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate(P<0.05).At the same time,the treatment group was able to reduce the pharyngeal foreign body sensation and clear phlegm.The frequency and other aspects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of the patients with cough,chest tightness,and expectoration in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The modified Muxiang Shunqi powder in the treatment of liver qi stagnation type pharyngeal paraesthesia has significant effect,and it has certain advantages in relieving local and systemic clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical reference.
