中药坐浴治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Hip Bath in the Treatment of Vulvar Squamous Cell Hyperplasia

目的观察中药坐浴治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生的临床疗效。方法 143例经病理确诊为外阴鳞状上皮增生患者采用自拟中药坐浴,早晚2次,每次坐浴20 min,连续用药3个月,经期停用。用药3个月及停药3个月后随访。观察治疗前后瘙痒、干燥、脱屑及不良反应。结果 143例患者完成观察,平均年龄(36.52±8.12)岁,治疗后1个月、3个月、停药3个月后外阴瘙痒评分(3.39±0.88)、(2.83±0.97)、(3.17±1.45)分与治疗前(9.01±1.15)分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干燥、脱屑评分(1.85±0.94)、(0.56±0.79)、(0.95±0.23)分与治疗前(3.05±1.68)分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),无严重不良事件发生,治疗后总体满意率97.9%。结论外阴鳞状上皮增生有年轻化趋势,中药坐浴治疗外阴鳞状上皮增生瘙痒、干燥、脱屑等改善明显,患者满意度高、值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine hip bath in the treatment of vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia.Methods 143 cases with vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia diagnosed by pathology were treated with external Chinese medicine,herbal hip bath twice per day,continuously for 3 months.3 months later.The clinical symptoms were assessed by Visual Analogue Score(VAS).Results In 143 cases,their average age was(36.52±8.12)comparing with before treatment,there were significant difference in pruritus score at the first,the third and after finished 3 months(9.01±1.15)vs.(3.39±0.88),(2.83±0.97),(2.17±1.45)(P<0.05),vulvar skin chapping score(3.05±1.68)vs.(1.85±0.94),(0.56±0.79),(0.95±0.23)(P<0.05).No adverse events due to external Chinese medicine occurred.The overall satisfaction rate was 97.9%.Conclusion Vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia is becoming younger in average age.Chinese medicine is effective on the treatment of vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia.
