龙氏治脊疗法治疗颈源性高血压病21例 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察龙氏治脊疗法治疗颈源性高血压病的疗效。方法将41例颈源性高血压的患者随机分为2组,治疗组(21例)运用龙氏治脊疗法进行治疗,对照组(20例)采用电动牵引治疗,观察其血压波动和临床症状恢复情况。结果颈椎病积分比较,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);血压分级比较,治疗组血压改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率95.23%,高于对照组70.00%。结论与颈椎电动牵引治疗相比,龙氏治脊疗法能整复颈椎关节错位、松解颈椎软组织,改善血液循环,消除炎症刺激,两者结合,"筋骨并重",能比较彻底地解除椎动脉及周围交感神经受到的牵拉、压迫、刺激,从而达到治疗颈椎引起的高血压的目的,具有很高的临床实用性。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Long's chiropractic therapy in treating cervical hypertension.Methods 41 cases of cervical hypertension patients were randomly divided into treatment group(21 cases)used Long's chiropractic therapy and the control group(20 cases)used electric traction treatment.The blood pressure fluctuation and clinical symptom recovery was observed.Results The score of cervical spondylosis in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of blood pressure in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.23%and 70.00%respectively.Conclusion Comparing with electric traction of cervical vertebra therapy,Long's chiropractic therapy can cure reconstructive cervical joint dislocation,release the soft tissue,improve blood circulation,eliminate inflammation stimulation,a combination of these,"attach importance to both bones and muscles",can more thoroughly remove of the vertebral artery and the sympathetic nervous around pull,oppression,stimulation,so as to achieve treatment of cervical spine caused by high blood pressure,has the very high clinical practicality.
