梅花针、拔罐、新癀片药粉外敷联合治疗带状疱疹的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Plum Blossom Needle and Cupping Combined with External Application of Xinhuang Tablets Powder in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的系统观察梅花针叩刺、拔罐联合新癀片药粉外敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效,总结出一种综合外治疗法。方法将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组30例、试验组30例,对照组口服阿昔洛韦、甲钴胺、维生素B17 d,试验组在对照组治疗基础上结合梅花针叩刺、拔罐和新癀片外敷中医外治法5 d。治疗后观察2组疗效并进行对比。结果试验组疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医外治法治疗带状疱疹具有一定的优势。

Objective To systematically observe the clinical efficacy of plum blossom needle and cupping combined with external apSixty patients with herpes zoster were divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The control group was given oral acyclovir,mecobalamin,and vitamin B1 for seven days.The experimental group was treated with plum blossom needle and cupping combined with external application of Xinhuang tablets powder on the basis of the control group for 5 days.After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in the treatment of herpes zoster.
