新建应用型本科教育发展过程中的困厄与出路探索 被引量:2

摘要 我国目前新建应用本科教育已经取得了一定成效,但应用型本科教育还处于不断完善的过程,尤其是从我国教育的现状来看,在未来很长一段时间里应用型本科教育还将处于起步阶段。在发展过程中存在着资源配置方面难以跟进、政策支持不足、社会认可度低、办学特色不明显、师资力量薄弱等困厄。在探索新建应用本科发展出路问题上,应明确人才培养目标定位、争取国家政策支持保障,全面提高学生多方面综合素质,构建多方面的校企合作方式,建设一支适应应用型本科发展的教师队伍。 At present,newly built application-oriented undergraduate education is still in the process of continuous improvement although it has given initial results eventually.Seen from the current situation in China,application-oriented undergraduate education will still be in its early phase for a long time to come.In the process of development,there are difficulties in the distribution of resources,lack of supporting policies,low degree of social recognition,having not enough qualified teachers without marked characteristic of running school.While exploring the way out for the newly built application-oriented undergraduate education,the goal orientation of talent training should be clearly defined.At the same time,one should strive for national policy support,improve the comprehensive quality of students in many aspects,construct cooperation between school and enterprise in more ways than one,and train high-quality teachers adapting to the development of application-oriented undergraduate education.
