Academic Context and Classical Value of Zhang Taiyan's Lectures on Chinese Studies

Zhang Taiyan implemented the study law as of“turning vulgarity into truth and finally returning to the truth”,showing the academic advance from“vulgarity”(the study of the world)to“truth”(the study beyond the world)to“vulgarity”(the learning of the general).At the same time,he followed the study path from detail to general.The most popular learning of Tai Yan is in its more systematic lecture on Chinese studies.The book Guo Gu Lun Heng is written by author,which is the most rational,systematic and ancient.The Introduction of Chinese Studies and The Outline of Chinese Studies are dictated by authors and collated by his students.The former book is simple but profound,the latter is superficial but far-reaching.The two books are not only early systematic and universal handout,but also academic works with a general view,profound cognition and unique insight.They are of exemplary and classical value on Chinese Studies books with the compatibility of academic rationality and readability and the unity of academic nature and popularization.
