汽车2×4驱切换控制机构强度分析与结构优化

摘要 针对某款汽车分动器2×4驱切换控制机构存在质量偏大、壳体局部存在疲劳破坏等问题,采用ANSYS软件对机构进行结构强度分析,得到机构的应力和位移,同时对壳体进行优化,结果表明:机构最大应力发生在螺栓孔附近,优化后机构壳体最大应力减小且质量减轻。 Aiming at the problem that a 2×4 drive switch control mechanism of some automobile transfer case had the problems of heavy weight and fatigue damage to the shell,ANSYS software was used to analyze the structural strength of the mechanism to get the stress and displacement of the mechanism.At the same time,the shell was optimized.The result shows that the maximum stress of the mechanism occurs near the bolt hole,and the maximum stress of the optimized mechanism housing is reduced and the weight is reduced.
