挥鞭伤性能验证噪声分析

摘要 随着C-NCAP在国内的实施,座椅设计方案防挥鞭伤性能的验证方法研究变得越来越重要。为了达到客户的性能要求,座椅供应商开展了大量仿真分析和台车物理试验,用于验证产品的实际性能。仿真分析比较准确地预估座椅防挥鞭伤性能,但是防挥鞭伤性能有众多影响因子,且试验过程存在众多噪声干扰试验结果。研究常见噪声可能对结果产生的影响,可以帮助工程设计人员准确定义设计目标。依次分析三大类噪声因子,通过实际开发项目中积累的研究数据,帮助工程设计人员正确认识噪声因素。 With the implementation of the C-NCAP,seat anti whiplash performance validation method is more and more important.In order to meet customer requirements,seat suppliers do a lot of simulation and sled tests to validate product performance.Simulation can estimate seat whiplash performance accurately,but whiplash performance has a lot of impact factors,and there exists lots of noise factor which can impact test result during the test procedure.To do some study how more frequently faced noise factor impact test result,it can help engineering people to define design target more accurate.Three types of noise factors were analyzed,by using real program data,to help design engineers recognize noise factor correctly.
