摘要
针对某豪华车钢制仪表板横梁减重需求,采用铝合金材料开发新的仪表板横梁。依据铝合金材料特性和横梁零件结构特点,合理选择材料、制造工艺,完成仪表板横梁的结构设计。对方案进行结构优化、模态频率和碰撞安全性能分析。结果表明:采用铝合金材料设计的仪表板横梁满足模态、碰撞性能要求,实现了减重目标。
In order to achieve the weight loss need for luxury business car steel material cross car beam,a new cross car was designed by using aluminum alloy.According to the characteristics of aluminum alloy materials and structural characteristics of beam parts,reasonable material,and manufacturing process were selected to complete the preliminary concept of the cross car beam.Structure optimization of the concept,perform modal frequency and safety analysis were done.The results show that aluminum alloy substitution design meets the modal behavior,crash performance and also achieves weight reduction target.
