汽车同步齿环外锥面磨削自动上下料装置的研制

摘要 针对卧式数控磨床上大批量磨削汽车同步齿环外锥面的工艺要求,通过总体方案设计、关键部件设计等,研制出具有抓料、送料、卸料3个动作的自动上下料装置,并形成了能适应一定工件大小范围的系列装置,成功地应用于生产实际,效率高、性能好。 According to process requirement of mass grinding of external cone surface of automobile synchronal gear ring on horizontal numerical control grinding machine,through design of overall planning and key components,an automatic loading and unloading equipment with grabing,feeding,unloading was developed.A set of equipments that could be adapted size of workpiece were developed which could be applied to production practice successfully with high efficiency and fine performance.
