The Value Orientation of Internal Governance Research in Universities

价值向度是高校内部治理体系和治理能力的生成依据与内在根据,具有定向、动员、引领和约束作用。相关研究范式停留或者局限于结构优化的致思理路,不仅形成了路径上的制度依赖,更形成了观念上的价值缺失,亟待转向。从确立伦理性、公共性、协商性三大核心理念入手,方能澄明治理本性、汇聚价值共识、实现权力回归。在核心理念引领下,通过坚持正确的价值追求、推进治理导向的现代化,确立科学的价值立场、推进治理能力的现代化,建立合理的价值尺度、推进治理体系的现代化,应当成为推进高校内部治理价值转向的致思理路。

The value orientation is the basis and internal basis of the internal governance system and governance capability of colleges and universities,which has the function of orientation,mobilization,guidance and restraint.The research paradigm stops at or is limited to the structural optimization of the causative way,which not only forms the system dependence on the path,but also forms the concept of the lack of value,needing to be turned.Starting from the three core concepts of ethics,publicity and negotiation,it should make clear the nature of governance,gather value consensus and realize the return of power.In core idea guidance,by insisting on right value pursuit,promoting the modernization of management oriented,establishing scientific value position,promoting the modernization of governance capacity,to establish a reasonable value scale,promote the modernization of governance system should be the path to promote the university internal governance value to different depth.
