摘要
结合环保统计信息化工作的实际需要,设计了石化企业环保统计指标体系的建模方法。通过拆分指标、配置核算单元等方式实现环保统计指标体系动态更新,指标项目精细化全面化。同时减少重复工作量,降低统计人员工作强度,具备一定的推广价值。
Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,a series of action plans such as the action plan for prevention and control of air pollution,the action plan for prevention and control of water pollution,and the action plan for soil environmental protection and pollution control have been successively implemented by government.Public demand for the refinement of environmental data disclosure are getting higher and higher,putting forward higher requirements on a more comprehensive and detailed index system of petrochemical enterprises environmental statistics.According to the actual needs of environmental statistics,we designed a modeling method of index system for environmental protection statistics in petrochemical enterprises.Disassembling indicators,configuring accounting units and other means were applied to achieve the dynamic update of environmental index system,which made the index system more refined and comprehensive.Simultaneously,this modeling method reduced repeated work and working intensity of statisticians,providingpromotional values.
