生态延续、绿野连城——中卫生态连城项目规划设计

Sustainable Ecology & Joint Greenfield——Planning and Design of Zhongwei Cross-County Ecological Project

生态立区战略,作为宁夏回族自治区第十二次党代会报告的亮点之一,强调大力实施生态立区战略,深入推进绿色发展,打造沿黄生态经济带,依托黄河资源,保护黄河资源,构建生态经济体系,打造生态优先、绿色发展、产城融合、人水和谐的沿黄生态经济带。以中卫生态连城项目为例,分析对项目地现状的利用与改善,将连接卫宁两城的生态连城项目通过保护的手段建设成"黄河金岸生态景观休闲长廊",使其成为中卫市全域旅游的休闲农业示范区、黄河湿地生态保护示范点。通过生态立区,实现生态富民。最终使经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三者高度融合与统一。

The Strategy of Ecological Regional Development is an important highlight from the 12th Party Representatives Congress report,which pledges to implement the strategy vigorously,promote green development deeply and build an ecological economic belt along the Yellow River,rely on Yellow River resources and protect them,build an ecological economic system and a Yellow River ecological economic belt with priority of ecology,green development,industry-city combination and human-water harmony.In this paper,the authors take Zhongwei Cross-County Project as an example.The project uses and improves the natural conditions,building up"Leisure Gallery of Ecological Landscapes on the Golden Beach"by means of protecting.Besides,it becomes Zhongwei's agriculture demonstration area on global traveling and ecology demonstration area of protecting Yellow River wetland.It builds ecological regions to enrich people,and finally achieves highly combination of economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit.
