β-苯乙醇-活性炭颗粒的制备及其卷烟滤嘴加香效应的研究 被引量:8

摘要 比较了4种活性炭对β-苯乙醇吸附能力,筛选SY-1活性炭制备β-苯乙醇-活性炭颗粒,并通过正交试验确定最佳吸附工艺为:固液比为1∶80,吸附温度为20℃,搅拌时间6h,在此条件下SY-1活性炭对β-苯乙醇的吸附量可达341.06mg/g。将制备的β-苯乙醇-SY-1活性炭颗粒应用于卷烟滤嘴中,具有提高卷烟烟气的香气质和香气量、降低刺激性和改善余味的作用。进一步的稳定性试验表明,SY-1活性炭颗粒对β-苯乙醇具有稳定保香作用,有效延长其在卷烟的保留时间,从而强化卷烟加香的稳定性。 Four kinds of activated carbons were selected to study their absorption capacities of phenethyl alcohol.The result show that the SY-1 activated carbon was the best of the four activated carbons and the optimum absorption condition was reached by orthogonal test.The result was following:the proportion of the solid/liquid ratio was 1:80,the temperature 20℃,6 hours.At this condition,the absorption capacities of phenethyl alcohol reached 341mg/g.The compound was applied to cigarette flavoring,which could play an important role in increasing cigarette aroma quantity,enhancing the aroma quality of cigarette,obviously reducing the stimulus and improving aftertaste.The further stability test indicated that the activated carbon can conserve phenethyl alcohol longer and stably,thus extending the cigarette storage time.
