摘要 通过煅烧的方法,将废弃蚝壳转化为氧化钙。当煅烧温度等于或超过1000℃时,蚝壳被完全分解。煅烧蚝壳中含有约97%的氧化钙。将煅烧蚝壳与一定浓度的丙酸反应,生成白色丙酸钙。实验结果表明,当煅烧蚝壳悬浮液的浓度确定为5%,丙酸的浓度确定为99.62%,在60℃反应60min,丙酸钙的产率约为96%。 Waste oyster shell was converted into calcium oxide by the way of calcination.Oyster shell can be completely decomposed when calcination temperature equal or exceed 1000℃.There was about 97%calcium oxide in calcined oyster shell.Calcined oyster shell reacted with certain concentration of propionic acid to form white calcium propionate.Preparation reaction of calcium propionate can be planed by applying the method of orthogonal design,based the experimental research it can be cncluded that the concentration of calcined oyster shell suspension was chosen as 5%,propionic acid concentration is 99.62%,at 60℃the reaction keep up in 60 minutes,the rate of calcium propionate was about 96%.
