摘要
以环戊二烯在金属钠作用下与异丙基溴发生烷基化反应得到1-异丙基环戊二烯,然后在二氯乙酰氯发生加成反应得到7,7-二氯-3-异丙基-双环[3,2,0]庚-2-烯-6-酮,最后发生扩环反应得到桧木醇。
In this paper,alkylation of cyclopentadiene with isopropyl bromide gives 1-isopropyl cyclopentadiene under sodium,then an addition reaction with dichloroacetyl chloride gives 7,7-dichloro-3-Isopropyl-bicyclo[3,2,0]hept-2-en-6-one.Finally it undergoes a ring expansion reaction to give Hinokitol.
