摘要
采用阴离子调节聚合的的方法制备液体聚异戊二烯橡胶(LIR),在聚合过程中以正丁基锂n-C_4H_9Li(Li)为催化剂,叔丁醇钾tC_4H_9OK(K)为调聚剂,吡啶为杀杂显色剂,二甲苯为溶剂兼链转移剂的阴离子聚合方法制备液体聚异戊二烯橡胶。考察了不同设计分子量、K/Li、反应温度、反应时间等对LIR收率、分子量及分子量分布、微观结构的影响。结果表明在设计分子量为10万、K/Li=1.0、反应温度为30℃、反应1h的条件下可以制备出分子量为2000的新型低分子量液体聚异戊二烯橡胶。
Liquid polyisoprene rubber(LIR)was prepared by anionic polymerization.During the polymerization process,n-C4H9Li(Li)was used as catalyst,t-C4H9OK(K)as telogen,pyridine as color reagent and xylene as solvent and chain transfer agent.The effects of different design molecular weight,K/Li,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield rate of LIR,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,microstructure were investigated.The results showed that a new type of low molecular weight liquid polyisoprene rubber with a molecular weight of 2000 could be prepared under the conditions of design molecular weight of 100,000,K/Li=1.0,reaction temperature of 30℃and reaction time of 1 hour.
