摘要
为适应轻质化原油及装置扩能的需要,对某石化公司350万t/a常减压装置进行改造设计,通过建立全流程的模拟和换热网络计算,分析装置主要存在的瓶颈,通过优化换热网络、调整各中段取热、增加塔顶冷却、改造初馏塔和部分常压塔塔板等措施将设计处理能力提高到420万t/a,同时适应加工轻质原油需要,提高换热终温,降低装置能耗。
In order to meet the demands of light crude oil and increasing capacity,a renovation desig of a 3.5Mt/a crude distillation unit is carried out.Through the establishment of the whole process simulation and heat transfer network calculation,the main bottleneck of the unit is analyzed.Optimizeing the heat transfer network optimization,adjusting the pumpround,increasing the tower cooling capacity,remolding of the primary tower atmospheric tower and some other effective measure are also used to improve the design capacity to 4.2Mt/a,at the same time,to meet the demands of processing light crude oil,improving the final heat exchanger temperature and reduce the energy consumption of the unit.
