Technical Research of Limestone Slurry Supply System on WFGD

通过对石灰石浆液特性的研究,阐述了供浆系统控制输送流速及相关防腐的必要性;比较了多种浆液输送方式,指出了远端回流输送的独特优势,并结合常见脱硫的工况条件提供了组合式供浆模式;最后详细说明了供浆位置和远端回流供浆方式的设计原理及注意事项。

Based on the study on the characteristics of limestone slurry,this paper expounded the necessity of controlling the slurry conveying velocity and related anticorrosion of the supply system.A variety of slurry supply modes were compared,and the unique advantages of the distal backflow were summed up,and the combination models about the slurry supply system were provided in combination with the working conditions of common wet flue gas desulfurization(same as WFGD).In the end,the design principle and the attentions on the grouting positions and the distal backflow are described in detail.
