能够收集指甲屑的指甲刀设计制作与应用研究

目前,传统的指甲刀在使用过程中,经常会遇到指甲屑乱飞乱弹的情况,相信这给很多人造成了困扰,并且,每次使用完指甲刀都得处理被截留下来的指甲屑,十分不方便。其次,传统指甲刀口因微微向外扩张,吊挂在衣服上时容易磨碎衣物。再次,如果父母亲人不小心把指甲刀放在非安全区域,对小孩也造成一定的隐形安全威胁。因此,本设计是为了解决目前市场上常见的指甲刀所存在的一些弊端,属于日常用品领域,具体地设计一种能够收集指甲屑的指甲刀,将克服传统指甲刀指甲屑乱飞的缺点。本设计是在指甲刀两侧各焊接一个指甲屑盒,指甲屑盒两端及前方嵌入可伸缩的塑料材质,上下方与指甲刀不锈钢焊接,后方附有可伸缩塑料盒塞,方便收集处理剪下来的指甲屑。

At present,the traditional nail knife in the use process,often encountered the situation of fingernail crumbs flying random,I believe this caused many people trouble,and,every time after the use of nail knife to deal with the nail clippings,very inconvenient.Second,the traditional nail cutters because of a slight outward expansion,hanging on the clothes are easy to grind clothes.Third,if the parents are not careful to put the henna knife in the unsafe area,children also caused a certain invisible security threat.Therefore,this design is in order to solve the current common market of some of the disadvantages of nail clippers,belonging to the field of daily supplies,specifically designed to collect nail clippings,will overcome the traditional nail clippers flying shortcomings.The design is to weld a nail litter box on each side of the nail knife.The ends and front of the nail litter box are fitted with retractable plastic material.The top and bottom are welded with the stainless steel of the nail knife.The rear side is provided with retractable plastic cartridge plug to facilitate the collection and processing of manicures.
