Application of Aspen Plus in the Teaching Chemical Engineering Principle

化工原理一门重要专业基础课,目的在于培养学生掌握化工单元操作的基本理论知识及提高学生动手能力和创新能力。为了培养学生的工程实践能力,我们将Aspen Plus软件应用于化工原理教学。在课堂教学中介绍了Aspen Plus软件的应用,论述了Aspen Plus软件建模功能在三传单元操作的具体应用,提高学生学习化工原理课程的积极性,增强学生的工程意识。

Chemical Engineering Principle is an important professional basic course for all students.The teaching aim is to master the basic theory of chemical unit operation and raise the student's practical ability for students.We apply Aspen Plus to Chemical Engineering Principle courses teaching to raise students'practical ability in engineering practice.During teaching we introduced the modeling functions application of Aspen Plus in the unit operation of Momentum transfer mass transfer and heat transfer.The result shows that the Application of Aspen Plus can enhance the students’interests of learning Chemical Engineering Principle and deepen students'understanding of Chemical Engineering.
