摘要
为了对自动喷水灭火系统阀门产品的标准修订、产品设计及可靠性评价提供技术支持,通过大量试验对阀门、阀瓣耐腐蚀性能及其试验方法进行研究。报告了金属涂层耐腐蚀试验的研究现状,提出了影响阀瓣耐腐蚀性能试验的基本要素,分析了阀瓣耐腐蚀性能检验应考虑的检验项目。对常用的三种涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行分析和排序。结果表明:不同涂层阀瓣的耐腐蚀性能由高到低为热固化环氧树脂阀瓣、橡胶包覆阀瓣、镀铬阀瓣;盐雾试验、盐水浸渍试验、温水老化试验、二氧化硫腐蚀试验、氨应力腐蚀试验更能有效检验涂层的防腐性能。
In order to provide reference for the sprinkler system valve standard,product design and reliability assessment,the valve,valve disc corrosion resistance and the test method were studied by a large number of experiments.The research situation of corrosion resistance test of medal coating was reported.Basic fac-tors affecting the valve disc corrosion resistance test were pro-posed.Inspection items should be considered during the test were analyzed.Three kinds of commonly used coating were analyzed and sorted according to the corrosion resistance performance.Re-sults showed that,sorting from high to low,it is heat cured epoxy valve disc,rubber cladding valve and chrome plated valve;salt spray test,salt solution immersion test,warm water aging test,SO2 corrosion test,ammonia stress corrosion test can test the cor-rosion resistance performance of the coating more effectively.
