摘要
采用甲纶Suplon聚酰亚胺纤维,设计织制了消防员灭火防护服用外层、防水透气层、隔热层及舒适层面料;参照GA10-2014《消防员灭火防护服》标准对面料性能进行测试分析;对织制的面料进行组合并测试其热防护性能(TPP)。结果表明:甲纶面料性能均满足标准要求,采用150 g/m^2针刺面料作为隔热层的复合面料TPP值最高,为38.5 cal/cm^2,高于现行芳纶复合面料的TPP值。
The outer layer,moisture barrier,thermal barrier and lining fabric for fireman's protective clothing were designed with Suplon polyimide fiber.The fabrics properties were analyzed ac-cording to GA 10-2014,Fireman's protective clothing for firefight-ing.The thermal protective performance(TPP)of different fabric combination was tested.The results showed that Suplon fabrics can meet the requirements of the standard.The TPP value of the composite fabric,which adopt 150 g/m2 knitting fabric as thermal barrier,is the highest,which is 38.5 cal/cm2 and larger than current aramid composite fabric.
