摘要
以《地铁运营安全评价标准》中的火灾因素为蓝本,从防火能力、灭火能力、疏散能力、安全管理4个方面构建地铁运营火灾安全的评价指标体系。引入CUOWA算子并结合区间数,通过组合权重的形式对决策数据进行加权集结处理,削弱专家决策过程极值带来的不利影响,提高赋权的科学性。基于灰色白化权函数利用已知指标信息模拟未知信息对目标作用的功能,聚类分析得出目标评价值,构建基于CUOWA-GRAY的地铁运营火灾安全评价模型。运用该模型进行郑州地铁1号线运营火灾安全评价,认为火灾安全等级完全可接受,结构设计、消防给水系统、疏散通道、消防管理制度及落实4个指标是影响地铁运营火灾安全的重要指标。
Based on the fire factors in Safety Evaluation Criteria of Subway Operation,the evaluation index system of fire safety in subway operation was constructed from four aspects of fire preven-tion capability,fire extinguishing ability,safety evacuation capa-bility and safety management.The CUOWA operator was intro-duced and the weights were combined with the interval numbers to process the decision data in a weighted sum,which can weaken the extremum of expert decision-making process and improve the sci-entificity of weighting.Based on the function of gray albino weight function,the function of unknown information was simulated using the known index information and the target evaluation value was obtained through cluster analysis,so as to construct the evaluation model of subway operation fire safety based on CUOWA-GRAY.The model was applied to the operation fire safety evaluation of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1,and the fire safety level was fully accept-able.It was considered that structural design,fire water supply system,evacuation passage,fire management system and the im-plementation of four indicators are important indicators that affect the fire safety of subway operation.
