摘要
通过将脂肪族二羧酸酯类单体丙二酸二甲酯(DMM)以不同物质的量比嵌入到芳香族水溶性聚酯分子主链中,制备出具有不同分子结构的脂肪族-芳香族水溶性共聚酯(WSACP)。经24~96 h酶解和水解实验后,以WSACP的分子质量降低率、玻璃化转变温度及其膜的表面形貌变化为主要指标,研究了DMM与芳香族单体对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)的单体配伍对WSACP降解性能的影响。结果表明:随着DMM与DMT物质的量比的增加,WSACP的酶解性能显著提升,其水解性能却并未随该物质的量比的增加发生明显变化。
The water-soluble aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters(WSACP)with different molecular struc?tures were prepared through incorporating various molar amount of aliphatic two carboxylic ester monomer di?methyl malonate(DMM)into the backbone of aromatic water-soluble polyester.After the enzymolysis and hy?drolysis experiments of 24~96 h,used the reduction rate of molecular weight,the glass transition temperature and the surface morphology of WSACP as the main indicators,the effects of monomer compatibility of DMM/DMT(dimethyl terephthalate)on the degradation properties of WSACP were studied.The results showed that when the molar ratio of DMM/DMT increased,enzymatic degradation property of WSACP was substantially im?proved while the hydrolytic degradation property showed no marked changes.
