摘要
采用液体靛蓝制备染液对经纱进行染色,液体靛蓝、烧碱、保险粉分别以固定的流量对染液进行补充。连续染色过程中每隔1 h检测一次染液各组分质量浓度,对靛蓝上染率以及经后续加工所得织物的K/S值、经向断裂强力和耐摩擦色牢度进行测试。结合染液测试数据,分析其对各项指标的影响。结果表明,不合理的补充系统会改变染液初始状态,从而影响产品质量稳定。纯净的液体靛蓝可提升产品质量。
The dye solution were made by liquid indigo to dye the warp yarn.Then,liquid indigo,caustic soda and sodium hydrosulfite were added to the dye solution at fixed flow.During the continuous dyeing pro?cess,the concentration of each component of the dye solution was detected every 1 h.The dye uptake and the K/S value,the breaking strength and the rubbing fastness of the fabrics obtained from subsequent process?ing were tested.Combined with the test data of dye solution,the influence on various indicators was ana?lyzed.The results showed that unreasonable complement system will change the initial states of dyeing solu?tion,thus affecting the stability of the fabric quality.Pure liquid indigo could improve the quality of products.
