船用LNG燃料罐强度与疲劳分析

Fatigue and Strength Analysis for Marine LNG Fuel Tank

以3m3型LNG燃料罐为研究对象,利用有限元方法对其进行强度评估,并基于算例,对模型的处理、载荷工况、燃料罐和支撑结构件的评定标准进行说明。以此为例阐述CCS《天然气燃料动力船舶规范》对LNG燃料罐强度和疲劳分析的相关要求。

The strength assessment and fatigue analysis of the 3 m3 type LNG fuel tank was assessed by FEM method.The model requirements,load conditions and the strength criteria of the LNG fuel tank and support structures were discussed about based on the calculation example.Then the requirements in CCS Rules for Natural Gas Fuelled Ships of the strength and fatigue analysis for the LNG fuel tank were illustrated.
