摘要
针对LNG海上运输供需稳定、计划性强的特点,从LNG运输可靠性的内涵出发,从运输计划完成效果的角度切入,提出了衡量LNG运输可靠性的3类指标,即计划性指标、完整性指标和安全性指标。在此基础上,建立了评价内容和标准可调整的LNG运输可靠性综合评价体系,利用AHP方法确定各指标的权重,对某LNG航次运输可靠性评价的可行性进行验证,为LNG航运企业质量管理决策提供参考案例。
Aiming at the characteristics of LNG shipping which has high stability requirements and strong planning,starting from the content of LNG shipping reliability and the implementation of transportation service plan,three types of indexes namely planning index,integrity index and safety index were put forward to measure the reliability of LNG shipping.A comprehensive evaluation system of LNG shipping reliability was setup,which use AHP to calculate the weight of the indexes.The feasibility of this method was verified by a case of LNG shipping reliability evaluation,which can provide theory inference for quality management decisions of LNG transportation companies.
