摘要
基于过程FMECA的研究与应用成果,提出面向舰船装备的维修过程FMECA(MP-FMECA)方法,定义维修过程中的故障,研究故障产生的原因并进了分类,并给出MP-FMECA中风险优先数(RPN)的计算方法。以某型舰船离心泵组为例,对MP-FMECA的可行性进行了验证。该方法可推广用于其他复杂装备的维修过程分析以及维修规程的确认工作,对提高装备的维修安全性具有良好的应用价值。
The method of maintenance progress failure mode,effects and criticality analysis(MP-FMECA)for vessel equipment was presented.The failure in maintenance progress was defined,and the reasons of failures were studied and classified.The calculation method of risk priority number(RPN)in MP-FMECA was also presented.The feasibility and effectiveness were verified by an example of a vessel centrifugal pump group.The proposed method can be expanded to the analysis of maintenance progress and the corroboration of maintenance standards for other complex equipment.It will be meaningful to improve the maintenance safety of vessel equipment.
