摘要
对重金属捕集剂N,N-双(二硫代羧基)尿素(UDTC)处理低浓度含镉废水进行研究,探讨UDTC投加量、pH值、反应时间、是否添加絮凝剂对模拟废水中Cd^(2+)去除的影响,并对UDTC和常用的重金属捕集剂EDTC、Na_2S进行了比较。实验结果表明:处理10mg/L的含镉废水,UDTC投加量为40 mg/L,pH值4~9,添加絮凝剂PAC/PAM,搅拌反应12min,Cd^(2+)去除率达到99.5%以上,符合国家排放标准(GB 25466-2010,0.05mg/L);UDTC相比2种常用的重金属处理剂EDTC和Na_2S表现出更优越的性能,具有良好的应用前景。
The heavy metal capturing agent UDTC was used as removal of cadmium ion in the wastewater.Effects of UDTC dosage,pH value,reaction time and whether to add flocculent on the removal of Cd 2+ions in wastewater were investigated;and the effect of UDTC was compared with that of EDTC and Na 2S.The results show that:for wastewater containing Cd 2+10 mg/L,the UDTC dosage was 40 mg/L,pH 4~9,using PAC/PAM as flocculant,reaction time was 12 min.The removal rate of Cd 2+from wastewater can be achieved over 99.5%;Compared with two kinds of commonly used heavy metal capture agent,the UDTC has a stronger ability to capture heavy metal and has good application prospect.
