摘要
通过调整聚丙烯乳液的不同掺量,研究聚丙烯乳液对砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度和收缩率的影响。研究结果表明:掺入聚丙烯聚合物乳液会降低砂浆的抗压强度。在一定范围内,聚丙烯乳液掺量越大,砂浆的抗压强度越低;聚合物乳液会提高砂浆的后期抗折强度和粘结强度。在一定范围内,聚丙烯乳液的掺入会降低砂浆早期抗折强度,聚丙烯乳液掺量越大砂浆后期的抗折强度越大,砂浆的收缩率越小。
The effects of polypropylene emulsion on the compressive strength,flexural strength,bond strength and shrinkage of mortar are studied by adjusting the content of polypropylene emulsion.The results show that the compressive strength of mortar can be reduced by adding polypropylene polymer emulsion.In a certain range,the higher the content of polypropylene emulsion is,the lower the compressive strength of mortar is,while the later flexural strength and bond strength of mortar can be improved by polymer emulsion.In a certain range,the blending of polypropylene emulsion will reduce the early flexural strength of mortar.The larger the content of polypropylene emulsion is,the greater the flexural strength of mortar is,and the smaller the shrinkage of mortar is.
