钢管空间桁架结构自由扭转的有限元分析与验证

摘要 文章采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对矩形截面钢管空间桁架和等腰三角形截面钢管空间桁架进行建模与分析,提取单位扭矩作用下的扭转角,利用材料力学知识计算相关扭转刚度。通过分别与赵思远博士、郭彦林教授和窦超教授的钢管空间桁架扭转理论公式进行比对,来验证有限元建模的正确性和与相关理论的适用性。通过改变钢管空间桁架的上下平面弦杆面积比值、上下平面斜腹杆的面积比值以及节间距离等相关参数,可以进一步扩大理论的适用范围。总结出不同钢管空间桁架的适用情形及改进意见。 In this paper,the general finite element software ANSYS is used to model and analyze rectangular section steel tube spatial truss and isosceles triangle section steel tube spatial truss.The torsion angle under the action of unit torque is extracted,and the relative torsion stiffness is calculated by the knowledge of material mechanics.By comparing the torsion theory formulas of steel tube space truss with Dr.Zhao Siyuan,Professor Guo Yanlin and Professor Dou Chao,the correctness of finite element modeling and the applicability of relevant theories are verified.By changing the area ratio of the upper and lower plane chords,the area ratio of the upper and lower plane of the inclined belly bar and the distance between the joints,the applicable range of the theory can be further expanded.The application and improvement suggestions of different steel tube spatial truss are summarized.
