高层悬空大跨弧形梁支撑施工技术

摘要 南宁大嘉汇·尚悦一期3#、5#、6#、8#住宅楼及其商业裙楼工程,地上33层,地下室3层,建筑高度为100.50 m,北立面在26层/29层处设计了一个圆弧梁,梁跨度8 100 mm,两端与采光井两端的柱子相连,梁下端悬空,无任何施工作业面,梁截面高度为2 950~3 450 mm,平面尺寸上弧形梁距离建筑物边达5 100 mm,给模板支撑系统施工带来一定难度。文章对此弧形梁支撑系统的设计计算和施工方法做了较为详尽的叙述。 The residential building and its commercial skirt buildings of 3#、5#、6#、8#in Dajiahui Shangyue,Nanning,are 33 floors above ground,3 floors in basement,and 100.50 m in height.A circular beam is designed on the northern facade at the 26th/29th floor,with a beam span of 8 100 mm.The two ends are connected to the pillars of the two ends of the lighting well,and the bottom end of the beam is suspended without any construction work surface.The cross-section height of the beam is 2 950 mm/3 450 mm,and the curved beam is 5 100 mm from the side of the building on the plane dimension.Some difficulties are brought to the construction of formwork support system.In this paper,the design,calculation and construction method of the arc beam bracing system are described in detail.
