Research on Promoting Heilongjiang's Cooperation with Russia under the New Normal

2016年黑龙江省对俄贸易继2015年严重下滑之后,下滑的势头没有停止,只是下滑的幅度比上一年同期收窄,对俄合作固有的问题并没有得到很好地解决,但对俄合作也出现了一些可喜的变化,特别是通道建设,货物运输等方面出现了逆势增长。在黑龙江省"龙江丝路带"建设的背景下,应适时采取有力措施,提升黑龙江省对俄贸易水平,扩大合作规模,加强产业合作,促进黑龙江省对俄合作全面发展。

In 2016,after the serious decline in trade between Heilongjiang and Russia in 2015,the trend has not stopped,but the decline is narrower than the same period in the previous year.The inherent problems for cooperation with Russia have not been well solved.But there are some welcome changes,especially in the construction of the channel and in the transportation of goods and so on.In the context of building the"Longjiang Silk Road"in Heilongjiang,we should take timely and effective measures to improve the trade level of Heilongjiang province to Russia,expand the scale of cooperation,strengthen industrial cooperation for promoting the comprehensive development of the cooperation between Heilongjiang and Russia.
