The development of the characteristic industries of Xinhuang is an important driving force for the national economic and social development,and also an important guarantee for the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.According to the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and XI Jinping's socialist ideology of Chinese characteristics in the new era,combining the strategy planning of province and city,complying with the requirements of high-speed railway economy era,and based on the characteristic resource and industry foundation,the study analyzes the development environment and basic conditions in depth,elaborates the basic principles,direction and key work of characteristic industry development under the view of high-speed railway,so as to create Xinhuang as the national model in the development of high-speed characteristic economy,the core support of strategy of enriching the people and improving the county,the important cornerstone to build a moderately prosperous society,and the core power for the development of national economy.
