胃切开术对犬血清糖、脂和蛋白质含量的影响

Effects of Gastrotomy on Serum Glucose,Fat and Protein Contents in Chinese Countryside Dogs

目的:研究胃切开术对中华田园犬血清葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、总蛋白和白蛋白含量的影响,为临床上实施胃切开术时提供更具有针对性的营养措施奠定基础。方法:选择体重、年龄相似的中华田园犬6只(♂3,♀3),从皮肤切开开始计时,分别在0、0.5、1、2、4、12h时间点颈静脉采非抗凝血2mL,置4℃下静置12h,3000r/min离心10min,取上层血清,采用全自动生化分析仪测定糖、脂和蛋白质的含量。结果:与0h、0.5h、1h和12h时间点相比较,血清葡萄糖含量在2h和4h时间点显著增加(P<0.05)。各采血时间点血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、总蛋白和白蛋白含量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论:胃切开术对中华田园犬产生应激反应,从而改变血液中血清葡萄糖的变化,但对血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、总蛋白和白蛋白含量无显著影响。提示实施该手术时应密切关注犬血糖变化,通过掌握手术时血糖的变化及时调整治疗方案,降低因血糖变化导致的手术风险及术后不良反应,减少意外发生。

Objective:To investigate the effect of gastrotomy on serum glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,protein and albumin in Chinese countryside dog,and thus lay a foundation for providing more nutritional measures for gastrotomy.Methods:Six countryside dogs(♂3,♀3)with similar weight and age were selected and blood was sampled from the jugular vein at 0,0.5,1,2,4,12 h after the starting of operation.Samples were placed at 4℃for 12 h and then 3000 r/min centrifuged for 10 min.Serum was collected and the sugar,fat and protein content were determinated by automatic blochemical analyzer.Results:Compared with 0,0.5,1,12 h,the serum glucose content was significantly increased at 2 h and 4 h respectivly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,and total protein and albumin levels at each selected time point(P>0.05).Conclusion:Operation of gastrotomy has a significant effect on the body's carbohydrate metabolism,which suggesting that the operation should be given close attention to dog blood glucose changes so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
