摘要
目的:研究青贮对全株玉米与苏丹草碳水化合物含量的影响,比较分析全株玉米与苏丹草的营养价值。方法:采集青贮前和青贮12个月后的全株玉米(苏玉23号)、青贮前不同品系(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ及Ⅴ)的苏丹草和青贮12个月后的不同品系的苏丹草,利用纤维滤袋测定青贮前后全株玉米和不同品系的苏丹草的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、半纤维素(HC),并计算其非纤维类碳水化合物(NFC)含量。结果:青贮后全株玉米与苏丹草Ⅰ至Ⅴ品系的NDF含量分别降低31.05%、13.05%、4.42%和4.76%(P<0.05),22.33%和6.50%(P>0.05),并且全株玉米NDF含量显著低于苏丹草(P<0.05)。全株玉米与苏丹草品系Ⅰ和Ⅳ的ADF含量分别下降39.45%、16.23%及21.34%(P<0.05),并且全株玉米ADF含量显著低于苏丹草(P<0.01)。全株玉米与苏丹草品系Ⅲ的HC含量分别下降20.69%和10.73%(P<0.05),并且全株玉米HC含量显著高于苏丹草(P<0.05)。与青贮前相比,全株玉米与苏丹草Ⅰ至Ⅴ品系的NFC含量分别升高77.70%、108.93%(P<0.05),19.52%、4.35%、19.64%(P>0.05),55.53%(P<0.05),并且全株玉米NFC含量显著高于苏丹草(P<0.01)。结论:青贮后全株玉米和苏丹草Ⅰ至Ⅴ品系的NDF、ADF、HC含量下降,NFC含量升高,青贮能够提高全株玉米和苏丹草的营养价值。
Objective:To investigated the effect of time on carbohydrate content of whole maize and Sorghum sudanense(Piper)Stapf(SSPS)silage.Methods:0 and 12 months of the whole maize(Suyu No.23)and SSPS of different strains(I,II,III,IV,V)were respectively taken,then fiber filter bag was applied to determine neutral detergent fibre(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),hemicellulose(HC),and content of non-fiber carbohydrates(NFC)were calculated.Results:It was results showed that after 12 months ensiling,the NDF contents of the whole maize and SSPS silage respectively decreased by 31.05%,13.05%,4.42%,4.76%(P<0.05),22.33%and 6.50%(P>0.05)compared with o month silage.Meanwhile,the NDF contents of the whole maize silage were higher than that of SSPS silage(P<0.05).For HC,its content of the whole maize and SSPS strainⅢsilage were decreased by 20.69%and 10.73%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with SSPS silage,the content of HC in the whole maize silage was higher(P<0.05).After 12 months ensiling,the NFC contents of the SSPS silages respectively increased by 77.70%,108.93%(P<0.05),19.52%,4.35%and 19.64%(P>0.05)and 55.53%(P<0.05).Compared with SSPS silage,the content of NFC in the whole maize silage was higher(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the present experiment,after ensiling,the NDF,ADF and HC contents of the whole maize and SSPS silage decreased,while NFC content increased.The results indicated that carbohydrates of the whole maize and SSPS silage could be improved by ensiling.
