发挥"以文化人"在廉洁文化建设中的作用,"文"是基础,"化"是关键,"人"是目的。以马克思主义为指导、以中国传统文化精华为根基、以社会主义价值观为导向、以人类优秀思想文化成果为借鉴是"文"的基础。"化"的路径为社会主义核心价值观引领与文化传统相结合,显性载体与隐性教育相促进,传统式灌输教育与新媒体激发教育互应用,促使社会主义廉洁观广泛成为全社会群体所提倡并普遍认可的自觉行为,构建出不想腐不能腐不敢腐的"防火墙"。

Under the new historical conditions,building honest culture is the soul of promoting the construction of party honesty.It shouldbe that we absorb the essence of Chinese culture to cultivate honest culture,in order to achieve the goal of“educating people with culture and educating people with literature”.The practice path can be summarized as follows:grasping the scientific connotation of educating people with culture,the basic premise of educating people with culture,accomplishing the combination of socialist core values and cultural traditions,the combination of explicit carrier and recessive education,the combination of traditional indoctrination education and new media inspired education.
