摘要
大型水电工程压力管道断面大、体型复杂,施工体型须跟进洞轴线在空间三维持续变形,施工控制难度大。文章依托大渡河双江口水电站工程,通过对空间转弯段测量放样、钻爆工艺控制,使成型效果达到设计规范规定的体型与超欠挖控制精度要求,减少弯管超挖与混凝土回填量,节约工程成本,其施工参数与经验在其他类似工程中具有推广意义。
Penstock in large-scaled hydropower projects features large section and complicated outline.The excavation outline shall continuously vary in 3D space with the tunnel axis and is difficult to control.In combination with Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Project on the Dadu River,outline required in design specification requirements on precision of over-excavation and under excavation are satisfied by surveying and setting out at curve sections and control of the drilling-blasting technology,decreasing over excavation at curve sections,reducing concrete backfilling quantity and saving cost.The construction parameters and experience are worth of developing to other similar projects.
