某机组异常压力脉动下尾水管的处理及其刚强度、疲劳寿命评估

摘要 某机组在进行72 h试运行时,发现在部分负荷工况下机组出现了明显的异常压力脉动,并引发上机架和顶盖的振动幅值超出了国家标准。为了解决这一问题,采用基于有限元的有限体积法对机组进行了三维计算流体力学模型分析,对尾水管T管的刚强度和疲劳寿命进行了计算,使用在尾水管锥管内增加T管补气的方式,成功消除了机组部分负荷工况下的异常压力脉动,为解决工程实际问题提供了有力的依据。 An obviously abnormal pressure pulse under partial load occurs on one 72 hr-commissioning unit as well as vibration of upper bracket and top cover,which exceed the standard,is resulted accordingly.To solve this trouble and based on the finite volume method,the hydromechanic model for 3D computation on the unit is analyzed,rigidity and fatigue life of the T-type draft tube are computed.Through aeration to the T-type draft tube through the cone,the abnormal pressure pulse on the unit under partial load is eliminated successfully.This provides trouble-shooting in engineering practice with sound support.
