硫辛酸联合奥扎格雷治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效的影响

Influence on the clinical effects for the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by lipoic acid combined with ozagrel

目的探讨硫辛酸联合奥扎格雷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状、血液流变学、超敏C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法将2017年3~12月我院接诊的80例患者纳入本研究。随机均分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予α-硫辛酸+奥扎格雷治疗,对照组给予α-硫辛酸治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总症状评分(刀割样刺痛、烧灼感、感觉减退、麻木)低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原低于治疗前和对照组,血浆黏度高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后C反应蛋白和尿微量蛋白均低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。患者均未见明显的不良反应。结论硫辛酸联合奥扎格雷可以明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变症状,疗效优于单独使用硫辛酸,可以作为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较好的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the influence on the clinical symptoms,hemorheology,hs-CRP for the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by lipoic acid combined with ozagrel.Methods From March 2017 to December 2017,80 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group was treated by lipoic acid,the observation group was treated by lipoic acid combined with ozagrel.The clinical effects were compared.Results The scores of general symptoms(cutting pain,burning sensation,sensation loss and numbness)of the observation group were lower than that before treatment and that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high cut viscosity,whole blood low cut viscosity,whole blood reduction viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,hematocrit,fibrinogen of the observation group were higher than those before treatment and those of control group(P<0.05).And the levels of hs-CRP and microalbuminuria of the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those of control group(P<0.05).There had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of lipoic acid and ozagrel can obviously improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.The therapeutic effect is better than that of lipoic acid alone.It can be used as a better treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
