摘要
目的分析3D打印骨折模型在股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2014年3月10日~2016年3月10日于我院就诊的90例股骨转子间骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,依照入院时间的次序进行分组,每组均45例。其中常规组术前未给予3D打印技术,实验组术前给予3D打印技术,对比两组的治疗效果。结果对比实验组患者术前计划与实际手术的相关参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的手术时间明显短于常规组,术中出血量、术后引流量明显少于常规组,P<0.05,比较两组的住院时间与髋关节Harris评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的透视次数明显低于常规组,一次置钉成功率明显高于常规组,P<0.05。结论对股骨转子间骨折患者采取3D打印骨折模型治疗的效果显著,便于骨折精准复位,将手术精确度提高,缩短手术时间,达到良好的手术治疗效果,值得在今后的临床工作中实践与推广。
Objective To explore the application value of 3D printing fracture model in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 90 cases of intertrochanteric fracture(2014.3.10-2016.3.10)in our hospital were analyzed as the study object,with 45 cases in each group according to the order of admission time.The 3D printing technology was not given before the operation of the conventional group,while the experimental group was given 3D printing technology before operation,and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the parameters related to preoperative planning and actual operation in the experimental group,P>0.05.The operative time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were significantly less than those of the conventional group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in hospitalization time and hip Harris score between the two groups,P>0.05.The number of fluoroscopy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the success rate of nail placement at one time was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The 3D printing fracture model is effective in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.It is convenient for the accurate reduction of fracture,can improve the accuracy of the operation,shorten the operation time,achieve good surgical treatment effect,is worth in the future practice and promotion in clinical work.
