Logistic regression analysis of the causes of ambiguous medical records

目的分析影响歧义病案产生的因素。方法收集我院2014年2月~2017年7月的病案18 134份。根据主要诊断、主要手术选择,对选取的病案的首页进行判断,从中排查出歧义病案274份。分别对可能影响歧义病案产生的因素进行单因素方差分析和多因素Logistic回归分析确定影响歧义病案产生的因素。结果单因素分析结果表明年龄、住院时间,出院科别,性别,是否转科,是否肿瘤均对歧义病案的产生具有显著影响(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明出院科别,是否死亡,是否转科,年龄、住院时间是导致歧义病案产生的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论出院科别,是否死亡,是否转科,年龄、住院时间与歧义病案的产生密切相关。

Objective To analyze the factors that affect the cause of disambiguation.Methods 18 134 medical records from February 2014 to July 2017 in our hospital were collected.According to the main diagnosis and choice of main operation,the first page of selected medical records was judged,and 274 cases of ambiguous medical records were found.Single factor analysis of variance and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were used to determine the factors that may affect the causes of ambiguous cases.Results The results of single factor analysis showed that age,time of hospitalization,discharge department,sex,whether transferred to department,tumor had a significant effect on the production of ambiguous cases(P<0.05).The results of multiple factor Logistic regression analysis showed that Discharge section,whether death,whether transferred,age,length of stay were important factors that led to the emergence of ambiguous cases(P<0.05).Conclusion Discharge section,whether death,whether transferred,age,length of stay are closely related to the occurrence of ambiguous medical records.
