医护康一体化动机性访谈教育模式对脑卒中出院后患者康复锻炼影响

Effect of medical and nursing integrated motivation interview education mode on rehabilitation exercise of patients after discharged stroke

目的探讨医护康一体化动机性访谈教育模式对脑卒中出院后患者康复锻炼影响。方法选取纳入标准的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分两组,每组50名患者。对照组的50例患者在治疗和康复过程中实施常规的健康教育模式,观察组的50例患者在对照组基础上实施医护康一体化动机性访谈教育模式。观察两组患者对脑卒中康复锻炼依从性、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)变化情况。结果干预前,两组患者脑卒中康复锻炼依从性、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过6个月干预后,观察组脑卒中康复锻炼依从性、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)与对照组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护康一体化动机性访谈教育模式是一种全新的健康教育模式,它能提高脑卒中出院后患者康复锻炼知识掌握程度和锻炼依从性,改善患者神经功能,保障患者安全,和谐医患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of medical and nursing integrated motivation interview education mode on rehabilitation exercise after discharged stroke patients.Methods One hundred stroke patients who were included in the criteria were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.50 patients in the control group were given routine health education mode during treatment and rehabilitation.50 patients in the observation group were given medical and nursing integrated motivation interview education mode on the basis of the control group.The changes of rehabilitation exercise compliance and neurological deficit score(NIHSS)in two groups of patients were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in stroke rehabilitation exercise compliance and neurological deficit score(NIHSS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the compliance of stroke rehabilitation exercise and NIHSS scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical and nursing integrated motivation interview education mode is a new health education model,which can improve the mastery of rehabilitation training knowledge and compliance of patients with stroke after discharge from the hospital,improve the neurological function of patients,ensure the safety of patients,and harmonize the doctor-patient relationship.
